Do you want to return something? No problem


You can return any item for a refund within 14 days after receiving your original order. We are unable to offer exchanges on any products.

We offer free return shipping for only one item per order!

It means that we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for only one item of the order. If you wish to return more than one item, the cost of returning any additional items is your responsibility.

We are a very small business and try to offer the best return service to our customers while staying on the market.

Terms of refund

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with the labels attached. If we receive a returned item that has been used, damaged or is unsellable, we will be unable to accept and refund this return.
  • Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after receiving your original order.
  • We offer free return shipping for only one item per order. The cost of returning any additional items from that order is your responsibility. 
  • If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@cosmosbabyofficial.com providing your full name, order number and a quick description of the problem.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Should you organise a return shipment by yourself, please send the tracking number of your return to hello@cosmosbabyofficial.com. It will make it easier to follow up on the return
  • We are not responsible for the returned goods until they reach us here. Please make sure that your return parcel is packed up properly so that it would not get damaged on the way.
  • The refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and ascertain that it complies with the required conditions. The refund will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed.
  • We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We will send you an email to let you know once we have processed your return with the details of your refund.
  • If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that cosmos baby can investigate this for you.

What we cannot refund

  • Unfortunately we are unable to refund original shipping costs, unless you have received the wrong or defective item.
  • We cannot refund damaged or used items.
  • We cannot refund items that were shipped later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns of underclothing. 

How to return

  • Send a return request to hello@cosmosbabyofficial.com specifying your order number 

  • You will receive an e-mail with return instructions and the return address

  • Ship the returning item back to us, using the instructions from the e-mail
